Insulation quote exclusions worth resolving
Two insulation prices can cover different amounts of work even when the headline area is identical. Review the exclusions while changes can still be priced and scheduled clearly.
Look before and after application
Check removal, disposal, cleaning, repairs, access equipment and finish reinstatement. Ask who performs each excluded item and whether it must happen before the insulation crew arrives. A gap between trades can become a delay even when every contractor follows their own quote.
Separate allowances from commitments
Identify estimated quantities, provisional repairs and assumptions about concealed conditions. Ask how variations are documented and approved. Keep a record of the base scope so extra work can be compared with what was originally included.
Resolve completion responsibilities
